  Stay away from this hotel!!! I booked this hotel as my sister is having a major op in the hosp nearby so we thought it'd be best to book it as it would be near. Firstly, the pictures are deceiving and secondly when you think you'll be close to your family member in the nearby hospital you're actually stressed out. Thirdly, as soon as we came in...there was no internet we needed internet as we needed to be in contact with my sister. So putting this aside, the staff member showed us the room first of all the rooms are all outside and then when he showed us the first room he was having trouble opening the door which was alarming. Secondly the second room he showed us as soon as you went in instantly it smelt absolutely awful. I cannot believe the hygiene in this place it is actually disgusting. The shower head was hanging from plastic ties. The whole hotel especially the rooms didn't meet basic hotel requirements or standards. Oh there was also no chef so no breakfast facility. On top of that we were unhappy and demanded that he cancel our booking he lied to us and told us that no one had ever had any complaints. Whilst we were complaining two women were also complaining as they had found anti depressants in the drawer and demanded that they cancel and get their refund only then did the staff member realise that he was in the wrong and then cancelled our booking. Whatever you do, please do not book this hotel this should actually be shut down as it does not meet health and safety policy. How is this even still allowed to be open????
